Rent Increase Consultation 2025/2026

We are hosting an online discussion about the rent consultation next Wednesday 11th December at 11am- 12 on Teams. We will have our tenant representatives in attendance, along with Council officers. Please get in touch should you want to take part in this or if it being online would be a barrier to you joining us. If you have specific questions you want to raise, it might be helpful to send these to us in advance.

We want to know what you think about 3 proposed rent increases for council houses, and which one you would like to see brought in. The second and third options include more investment in the housing stock particularly in relation to energy efficiency and in window replacement programs which tenants have long raised at our open meetings as needing a higher priority so we encourage you to read this all carefully and consider the options.
